yneck, it's a steal!

Short version: we collect what's needed to get an order to your door and answer you when you write in. We don't sell it.
Your name, shipping address, email address, and the details of what you ordered. If you message us, we keep the message so we can pick the thread back up.
Payments run through a payment processor. Your card number goes to them, not to us. We never see or store it.
To take the order, ship it, handle a return, and reply to you. If you ask us to stop emailing you, we stop.
Shipping carriers get your name and address, because that's how a parcel finds you. The payment processor gets what it needs to take the payment. Facebook and Instagram see basic order and product activity when you reach us through a shop or an ad on their platforms, under their own terms.
Nobody else. We don't sell customer data and we don't rent out our list.
Order records stay as long as tax and accounting rules require. Message threads we keep while they're useful, then delete.
Write to us and you can ask what we hold on you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we apply them to everyone rather than sorting people by state. We'll answer within 45 days.
Deleting everything mid-order means we can't ship the order, so we'll say so before acting on it.
